In addition to our in-person clinic in Springfield, Missouri, we offer telehealth services in the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RH, UT, VA, WV, WI and WY. Unfortunately, most of our procedures are not covered by insurance. However, check with our office and we will help you determine whether your coverage may apply in select cases.
If desired, most of our procedures can be pre-purchased prior to your appointment, for your convenience. However, some of our treatments (such as injectibles like Botox & Wrinkle Relaxers and Dermal Fillers) require an appointment to assess your specific needs and goals. You can always book your appointment online, but depending on your service, payment may need to be made in person.
We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards and Stripe. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash as payment for our services.

Unfortunately, due to the patient's elevated risk profile, we cannot offer services to those who are breastfeeding or are pregnant.
Our providers undergo a rigorous hiring process and receive the highest level of clinical training. Once on our team, all providers are continuously educated on the latest advancements in cosmetic dermatology, to ensure that you have the safest, most impactful experience -- led by an expert in the field -- each time you visit.
We advise guest to arrive 15 min before your scheduled appointment, this will allow time for check-in / registration and preparation for your treatment. Depending on your service, we may require a deposit up to 100% of the treatment cost. This policy also pertains to telehealth visits.
We do accept same day walk in appointments and in the event we cannot accommodate you same day, we will schedule your appointment for the next available, to make sure you can always call ahead.
Communication is the best policy; we understand things happen. Anything after 15 min of your scheduled appointment time would be considered late, which is subject to cancelling and rescheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time, but this might not always be possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this policy may cause, but our first concern is everyone's safety. Children under the age of 18 cannot be unattended. No children will be allowed in the treatment rooms, under any circumstances. We understand if you need to reschedule your appointment because of this policy and we will make every effort to accommodate your next appointment.
Only staff will be allowed in the procedure room due to safety and liability. If you are disabled or need special accommodation including a service animal. Please let us know at the time of booking. Some of the procedures will not allow your service animal in or any guest.
Translator will be available in the initial consultation, but in some procedures will be limited, so all expectation will be laid out at the appropriate time.
Guest is responsible for late cancellation and No shows. Cancellation under 24 hours counts as a no-show.
50-dollar fee will be redeemed (from payment on file) or will need to be paid before booking a new appointment. If using a gift card, or voucher then 50 dollars will be redeemed from that, and you may redeem the rest for your future appointment.
We have a 3 no-show policy, if you do 3 of these, we will not accept you back to reschedule and book any more appointments.

We continue to work hard to bring you competitive prices. Prices on services, medication and procedures are subject to change. We will make every attempt to keep menu prices on the website up to date, but always ask at the time of booking or when you come in to visit, our specials.
We do not offer refunds but rather med spa credit if a written request for transferrance of services is put forth seven (7) days from time of purchase.
We do not offer any refunds for Product, Skin Care Products, and / or Supplements at this time.
