    Our Approach

Microneedling is a popular and effective treatment for skin rejuvenation that uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries, triggering your skin’s natural healing process. This boosts collagen and elastin production, helping to smooth, firm, and refresh your skin.

It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and enlarged pores. We use the latest Candella technology, which can be tailored to your specific skin needs.

Microneedling isn’t just for your face—any area of the body can benefit, giving you that same smooth, youthful look. The procedure is minimally invasive, with little downtime, making it a great option for busy people.

We offer numbing before treatment for comfort, and if needed, we also have nitrous oxide (P-Pro-Nox) to help with any anxiety or discomfort.

For even better results, ask about our combo treatment: Micro-tox, which combines microneedling with Botox or another neurotoxin. This boosts the effectiveness for wrinkle treatment and provides significant improvement for acne patients too!

A Pictorial Tour of Elite Renewal Med Spa Medical Spa: Where Beauty Meets Serenity

      Microneedling at Elite renewal

Microneedling works by using tiny needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which triggers the body's natural healing process to produce more collagen and elastin, resulting in improved skin texture, reduced wrinkles, and potentially faded scars by stimulating the skin's repair mechanism to regenerate new, healthy tissue; essentially, it "wounds" the skin in a controlled manner to promote healing and rejuvenation.

Microneedling can have many benefits for the skin, including:

      Treating skin conditions

Microneedling can help with a variety of skin conditions, including:

      • Acne scars
      • Surgical scars
      • Wrinkles
      • Stretch marks
      • Enlarged pores
      • Burns

Improving skin texture Microneedling can help improve the texture and appearance of skin. It can also help reduce the size of pores.

Treating hyperpigmentation Microneedling can help treat hyperpigmentation and dark spots by breaking down melanin clumps in the skin.

Promoting collagen production Microneedling, also known as "collagen induction therapy", stimulates the body to produce collagen.

      This can help:

      • Fade scars and wrinkles
      • Even out skin tone and texture
      • Restore hydration and elasticity to scar tissue
      • Improve skin firmness and tone

Reducing sun damage Microneedling can help lighten and reverse sun damage.

Helping topical treatments Microneedling can help topical skin treatments penetrate the skin more effectively.

Safe for darker skin Microneedling doesn't use heat like lasers, so it doesn't carry the risk of worsening pigmentation problems.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive medical procedure that can be good for people who want to improve the appearance of their skin. It can help with:

      • Skin conditions: Acne scars, surgical scars, burn scars, stretch marks, enlarged pores, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone
      • Pigmentary disorders: Melasma and periorbital hypermelanosis
      • Alopecia: Androgenetic alopecia and alopecia areata
      • Hyperhidrosis: Primary axillary hyperhidrosis

Microneedling is generally safe for all skin types, but people who are pregnant or have a history of certain chronic conditions should consult with a physician before getting the procedure.

During microneedling, a medical professional uses a device with tiny needles to puncture the skin. The needles stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can help improve the appearance of the skin. Results appear gradually as the body produces more collagen.

Microneedling is generally not painful, but it can be uncomfortable for some people.

      Pain level
Most people describe the sensation as mild discomfort or a feeling of pricking or tingling. However, pain tolerance varies from person to person, and some may feel more intense discomfort.

      Treatment areas
Bony areas of the face, like the forehead, hairline, and jawline, may be more sensitive.

      Numbing
Doctors typically apply a topical anesthetic cream to numb the area before the procedure.

      Aftercare
After microneedling, it's normal to experience some redness and tightness in the treated area for a day or two. Peeling, flaking, and breakouts may take longer to go away.

Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny needles to create punctures in the skin. This stimulates collagen and elastin production, which can improve skin texture and tone.

Most people typically need between 3 and 6 microneedling sessions to see noticeable results, with sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart; however, the exact number of sessions depends on your individual skin concerns and the severity of the issue you're trying to address, such as acne scarring or deep wrinkles, which may require more sessions.

      Key points about microneedling sessions:

      • For mild concerns: You might only need 1-2 sessions to see improvement.
      • For deeper concerns like scarring: You may need 3-6 or even more sessions to achieve optimal results.
      • Collagen production: The primary goal of microneedling is to stimulate collagen production, which takes time, so multiple sessions are usually necessary.
      • Consult a professional: Always consult a dermatologist or qualified practitioner to determine the best treatment plan for your specific needs.

Sublime microneedling is a skin treatment that uses radiofrequency and light energies to:

      • Stimulate collagen production and improve skin quality
      • Reduce Fine Wrinkles
      • Improve facial contours
      • Refresh and rejuvenate the skin

      • Uneven skin Tone, Melasma, Fine lines and wrinkles, Acne, and surgical scares
      • Usually about 3 treatments, but depends on the client

      • Swelling Redness, and Skin flaking

      Comparison to other treatments:

This treatment doesn’t carry the risk of skin discoloration, unlike some other facial rejuvenation procedures

Sublative RF is a powerful anti-ageing treatment that can be effective for a range of skin concerns. The procedure is often combined with Sublime TM, an infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency treatment to improve skin laxity and texture.

Treats wrinkles, scars, large pores, skin laxity, acne scars, and textural irregularities

The laser delivers radiofrequency energy in a fractional manner, which thermally ablates the skin in a grid. The non-ablated zones promote rapid healing.

Requires less downtime than other procedures and can be used on all skin types.

Patients may experience redness and swelling immediately after the procedure, which can last up to 3 days. Tiny crusts may also develop on the skin.

Before a microneedling appointment, you can:

      • Cleanse: Use a gentle, non-irritating cleanser to remove makeup and impurities. You can also double cleanse with a silicone brush.
      • Avoid sun exposure: Protect your skin from UV rays for at least a week before treatment. After 24 hours, use a full spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher.
      • Stop using retinoids: Discontinue retinol products 3-5 days prior to microneedling.
      • Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin well-hydrated.
      • Avoid blood thinners: Stop taking aspirin or other blood-thinning medications a week before.
      • Avoid hair removal: Avoid shaving, waxing, chemical creams, or electrolysis, as these can irritate the skin.
      • Avoid certain foods and drinks: Avoid alcohol, caffeine, Niacin supplement, high-sodium foods, high sugar foods, refined carbohydrates, spicy foods, and cigarettes 24-48 hours before and after treatment.

On the day of your treatment, you should not apply any makeup, lotion, or sunscreen to the treatment area.

It takes about a month to build collagen, and patients may need a series of treatments  to see the full results.

      Micro Tox

      What is it?

Microtox is a non-invasive facial treatment that uses a diluted form of botulinum toxin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Also known as "Baby Botox", Microtox is a newer, more refined version of Botox that produces more natural results:

      • How it works
      • Microtox is injected just under the skin's surface, rather than into the muscle like Botox. This partially relaxes the muscles, softening wrinkles without paralyzing them.
      • Benefits
      • Microtox can help with:
        • Reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines
        • Tightening skin on the face, neck, and around the eyes
        • Reducing the appearance of enlarged pores
        • Treating oily skin and mild acne
        • Reducing facial sweating and flushing
      • Results
      • Microtox results can last up to 4–6 months, and combining it with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers may provide long-term benefits.
      • Side effectsMicrotox typically has minimal downtime, with only mild redness and sensitivity that lasts a few hours.
